Order Processing

We process orders within 72 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within 72 hours of the next business day. If there are any delays in processing or shipping, you will be notified via email.

Recollected reserves the right to cancel the transaction if any issues with the order appear.

Taxes and Duties

All packages are shipped via Postnord, DHL, or UPS. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. International orders outside the European Union are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), meaning customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Orders within the European Union are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), so all taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Return Policy

Our return policy applies only to orders within Europe. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your package. All sales are final for orders outside of Europe.

To return a product, it must:

• Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
• Have the Recollected tag still attached to the garment
• Be in its original condition
• Include all original tags and packaging

Recollected reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
